The Value of Personal Style

The Value of Personal Style

“As viewers, we bear no witness to outfit experimentation…because everyone today is hell-bent on the final product. And that product, of course, is increasingly the same: a rotation of the same buzzy brands on a similar canvas, one with no-makeup makeup and an enviable case of “bedhead” that really takes hours to come to life.”

With the dwindling days of the year comes a metaphorical end of a life stage – or at least I like to view it in this way. Sure the end of a calendar year doesn’t signify any true “end” to a certain life period, but it is a symbolic time in which I utilize it as an opportunity for reflection – as do many. I want to start off by expressing how thankful I am for the endless amount of love and support you’ve all shown me throughout these past two years. Have the Most Epic Summer by Doing these 8 Things

If you’re like me, then you know I absolutely thrive in the summertime. I mean, how can one not? Your ootd mostly calls for either a dress, shorts or skirts – no jacket, your skin gets tan and glowy, watermelon is in season, and you get all of those lovely benefits from the extra dose of Vitamin D. Having an epic summer is more than just the festivals you’ll be attending – it’s the little things too. Here are 8 things I do, and what I recommend you do, to have the best summer possible:

Life Update May 2018: Embrace Change

Cheers to being halfway through the week loves! I hope you’ve all been having a productive week. I also wanted to give a huge congrats to those that graduated this semester! You might not know it yet, but you’re in for some of the best years of your life.

I was driving on my way home this afternoon and was having all of these thoughts running through my mind. (I find I have the most clarity while driving.)
