Hi everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your loved ones and had time to relax, before the craziness of December begins.
I was so happy to be home at my parents house for the weekend. I love being home for the holidays; always feeling a little extra nostalgic once the holidays roll around. Carrying on the family traditions, my family and I picked out our Christmas tree, baked a bunch of Christmas cookies, and relaxed with the fireplace going. It is what I look forward to every year.
Also I want to know, did anyone score any Black Friday deals?! I would love to hear your hauls in the comments below!
Now that Thanksgiving is over, it means it is fully acceptable to be in the holiday spirit. Blasting Christmas music, decorating the house and watching Christmas movies on repeat is was I live for. Ask anyone around me and they will know how much I thrive during this season.
Although it is not snowing quite yet, it has been very cold and windy here in the midwest. This long, green parka is made out of heavy material and water resistant; which is perfect for this time of year. Plus, with the amazing detailing and forest green color, this parka is the chicest outerwear and can be paired with anything. I cannot find this coat online anymore, but I did see it in store over the weekend.
Underneath, I paired a fuzzy, white sweater with dark jeans and my mid-calf boots – which I absolutely love. Booties are my go-to shoe, giving me a boost of confidence every time. They look so good on and can be worn with many outfits to instantly transform your look. I have been loving the mid-calf style lately.
I love this green parka, and with the white sweater underneath and heeled boots, it has been my go-to look lately; especially since it has not reached blizzard weather just quite yet.
