AVOCADO CILANTRO SAUCE
– 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
– 2/3 cup cilantro
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Juice from 2 small limes
– 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Combine all ingredients in an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
